What is this?

How often have you been at a CON, sitting around friends and colleagues and said, “Why don’t we get toogether more often? We should definitely get together more often!” This group is meant to address that very concern. Several of us who attended BSidesSF year after year had asked this very same question. After the Pandemic, many of us moved out to the East Bay. It only made sense that we set something up to meet on a regular basis.

Why are we doing this?

The last several years have been tough on all of us. If there is one universal truth that we have all realized, it’s that we all need each other. We have a fundamental need to laugh together, to smile together, to share stores and support each other through the not-so-fun times. Most of all, we have a fundamental need to be a connected community of humans. If this sounds like something that you’re interested in, please join us!

What is our goal?

There is no goal, there is no agenda. There is no lesson plan, no slides, no meeting link, no memos. Simply show up, join us and leave with a smile and a whole bunch of friends. That’s it.
